Principals:

Vincent Roscillo, Jr. is President of the company. Vince has 25 years experience in commercial concrete. Vince holds a degree in applied science with majors in structural engineering and architecture. He is an ACI Certified Flatwork Finisher, a member of the Northern New England Concrete Promotions Association and a member of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. - NH/VT Chapter. Vince is responsible for handling day to day operations, estimating and overall project supervision. 

Michelle Roscillo is company controller. She holds a degree in business management and has extensive experience in contract administration. Prior to working at VR Concrete, she was employed at a reputable law firm for 13 years where she acquired valuable organization skills and the understanding of legal documents. She grew up in a family-run business and knows the commitment it takes to succeed in business. 

Associates:

VR Concrete, Inc. has a team of well-trained employees, who make it possible for us to be successful. Most employees are ACI Certified Concrete Technicians and/or Finishers and have attended the Allen Engineering Concrete College for high tolerance "F" number placements.  Most employees also hold a certification for forklift/manlift operation. All employees are OSHA 10 certified, and also have completed the new OSHA Crane and Derricks Standard.

In addition, all employees are required to do weekly "toolbox" safety meetings.
