Vincent Roscillo, Jr. is President of the company.  Vince has 25 years experience in commercial concrete.  He is an ACI Certified Flatwork Finisher, a member of the Northern New England Concrete Promotions Association and holds a degree in applied science with majors in structural engineering and architecture.  Vince is responsible for handling day to day operations, estimating and overall project supervision. 

Michelle Roscillo is company controller.  She holds a degree in business management and has extensive experience in contract administration. Prior to working at VR Concrete, she was employed at a reputable law firm for 13 years where she acquired valuable organization skills and the understanding of legal documents.  She grew up in a family-run business and knows the commitment it takes to succeed in business.    

Vincent Roscillo, Sr. “Pappy” (Supervisor) joined VR Concrete in 1991.  He brings with him 40-years experience in the construction industry.  Pappy is very adept at construction survey and is responsible for much of the company’s layout. 

Scot Cleverly (Supervisor) joined VR Concrete in 2006.  He previously worked as a project superintendent for a reputable construction company for 10 years.  He brings with him extensive overall construction knowledge and excellent people and organizational skills.  He holds a superintendent license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Scot is an ACI Certified Concrete Technician. 

All our foremen are ACI Certified Concrete Technicians and/or Finishers and hold certifications for forklift/manlift operation and are all required to attend OSHA 10 classes annually.

Our employees are also required to attend OSHA 10 classes and participate in weekly safety meetings.  Many of our employees are ACI Certified.
